ADG managed the design development and prepared the construction documents for the landscape, irrigation, hardscape, and site amenity improvements of 210, transportation-centric, multi-family residential homes on 9.5-acres in the City of Upland. The site was built in proximity of the Metrolink station providing new home buyers access to the regional commuter rail network.

Included the HOA maintained open space landscape areas on the perimeter streets, interior HOA maintained landscaped open space areas, walkways, accent paving areas, entry monuments, along with perimeter and interior privacy walls. Additional interior site amenities include a community recreation center with a pool and spa, and a secondary recreation area that includes a tot lot play area, and shade structure with seating areas.
