Parklane Park project is a private HOA park within the residential development of Parklane. The project included improving the HOA Park and WQMP basin. The park is considered a passive park and includes amenities such as gazebos with picnic tables, barbecues, tot-lots, open turf play areas, walkways, and benches. ADG also designed restrooms and custom shade structures, decorative fountains, and site lighting.
The overall site plan incorporates: 226 single family residential lots with six different residential housing product types, one private HOA park, three vehicular entries, perimeter CFD landscaped parkways on Haven and Merrill, a primary community entry monument at Haven and Merrill and neighborhood entry monuments at the tract’s three entries.
