ADG provided conceptual design for the approximately for the 79-acres master planned community located in the Ontario Ranch Specific Plan in Ontario, California. The project included 330 single family residential lots with three different residential housing product types, four private HOA park areas, two vehicular entries, and perimeter landscaped parkways along with the primary community entry monument and neighborhood entry monument.

Design program included hardscape plans along with the fence and wall master plan, landscape design for the community recreation center and pocket parks. Project also included typical front yard plans for three products along with the landscape design for the model home complex. Streetscapes, reverse frontage, and open space designs rounded out the package.
